Duplicate accounts, whether registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents, are strictly prohibited. wt77 will close all duplicate accounts upon detection and may forfeit any balances held across such accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested during the KYC process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wt77 Platform:

• Registration or use of the Platform by individuals under 18 years of age;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with Platform systems;
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of insider information in relation to betting markets;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or money laundering through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical systems of wt77;
• Opening duplicate accounts or permitting third parties to access your account;
• Any conduct that wt77 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wt77 Platform — including but not limited to the wt77 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of wt77 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the wt77 Platform without prior written authorisation from wt77.

9. Limitation of Liability

wt77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wt77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wt77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

10. Privacy

wt77's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
